Information we collect
We collect only what we need to repair your bike, sell parts, arrange pickup and drop-off, or answer you.
- Name, phone number, and email address
- Pickup and drop-off address in the UAE
- Bike details, the fault, and the work or parts you ask for
- Order details, including items, quantity, and the amount in UAE dirhams (AED)
- Booking details if you use the appointment form on this website
- Messages you send through the contact form or WhatsApp
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, if you allow analytics cookies
Payment card numbers are handled by the payment provider used at checkout. BikeZHub does not store your full card number on this website.
Why we use it
- To book a repair, collect the bike, do the work, and return it
- To sell spare parts and complete orders in AED
- To contact you about a booking, a part, a delay, or a refund
- To keep a record of the job and the invoice
- To improve the website, only where you accept analytics cookies
- To meet UAE legal and tax record requirements
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run BikeZHub:
- Our website host, so the site and orders can be stored
- The booking service used on this website, so an appointment can be kept
- The payment provider, so an order can be paid in AED
- WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there
- A courier or our own pickup staff, when a bike or a part has to be collected or delivered
These providers may process data outside the UAE where their service requires it. We ask only for the details the job needs.
Cookies
Necessary cookies keep the site, cart, and checkout working. Other cookies, including analytics, run only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can reject non-essential cookies there. The banner also lets you change that choice later.
How long we keep it
We keep job, order, and invoice records for as long as we need them to complete the work, handle a refund, and meet UAE record rules. Messages that do not lead to a job are deleted when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to marketing messages. We do not send marketing unless you ask to hear from us.
